O R D E R This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner in the capacity of shareholder for directing the first respondent to hold enquiry on the affairs of the Company.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no longer the shareholder of the Company.

3.In view of the same, no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
