Udayasuriyan v. The District Collector

ORDER Heard both sides.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the petition mentioned encroachments have already been removed.

¶3We therefore direct that Survey No.277 which has been classified as tank poramboke shall be kept free of all encroachments for all times to come.

¶4The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
