With a grievance that valuation has not been properly made, they have made a request for revaluation. Since their request have been rejected by the University, these writ petitions have been filed.

¶2Today, when the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsels on either side submit that pending these writ petitions, the petitioners have also appeared in the subsequent examinations conducted by the University and they have also cleared the examinations. Therefore, nothing survives in these writ petitions.

¶3Recording the said submission, these writ petitions are closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
