GAVIN SILVESTER.J, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- Though, the matter was listed under the caption 'For dismissal', today, the learned counsel for the petitioner appeared before this Court.

2.This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8916 of 2023 on 17.05.2023.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

5.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8916 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
