This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the 1st Respondent instruct the 2nd Respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petition was closed on 16.03.2023, by advising the parties to work out remedies before the concerned Civil Court.

¶3Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
