O R D E R The petitioner challenged the transfer order wherein the petitioner was transferred from Nagercoil to Nagapattinam. This Court directed the respondent to transfer the petitioner to a nearby place in and around Nagercoil.

2.The respondent submitted that they have transferred the petitioner to Tirunelveli region. The petitioner is directed to join the service in Tirunelveli region forthwith.

3.The respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's case and accommodate him in Nagercoil region as and when the vacancy arises. Hence, the contempt petition is closed. No costs. Index : Yes / No
