10.09.1994 allowing CRP(MD)No.1369 of 2024 need not be misconstrued. I had only ordered that the writ petitioners shall be impleaded in the final decree proceedings. Their rights will be decided by the Court while hearing the final decree application. The rights of the parties will abide by the outcome of the civil proceedings that are pending between them.
