PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Due to money dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant, the defacto complainant has given a complaint against the petitioner and the same is pending in C.S.R stage.

¶2The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submits that petition enquiry is pending and no case has been registered against this petitioner so far.

¶3In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to conduct the enquiry within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Depending upon the outcome of the enquiry, petitioner to workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings, if any necessity arises in future.
