ORDER (Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with genuine grievances to protect the interest of the Bar members and to secure a fair election and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

¶2Granting such liberty, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
