O R D E R The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

¶2In view of the same, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn.

¶3It is brought to the notice of this Court that subsequently confiscation proceeding is initiated on 12.07.2023. So, the authority is hereby directed to complete the said proceedings within a period of two months.
