O R D E R The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the second and third respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2025 seeking rectification of the mistake that has crept into the Field Survey Map [FMP] pertaining to the petitioner's land measuring 1 Acre and 92 Cents comprised in S.No.111/1A3A3F situated at Illupur Village and Taluk, Pudukkottai District, within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

¶2The petitioner is entitled to the land measuring an extent of 1 Acre and 92 Cents comprised in S.No.111/1A3A3F situated at Illupur Village and Taluk, Pudukkottai District. The petitioner has alienated an extent of 7 cents in favour of a third party and is in possession of the remaining extent of land. According to the petitioner, there is an error in the description of the western boundary in the Field Survey Map.
