ORDER:- This Writ Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "FOR EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LOWER COURT" and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 08.11.2023 and upon perusing the letter received from the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai in D.No.443/2024 dated 22.01.2024 seeking further extension of time for disposal of the case in IA.No.6/2023 in O.S.No.61/2023 on the file of the Principal District Court, Sivagangai, this Court made the following order: This case has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time for lower court'.

¶2By an order dated 08.11.2023 this Court directed the Court below to dispose of the case in IA filed by the second respondent within a period of two months from the date of receipt of that order.
