This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner pursuant to a complaint given by the third respondent.

¶2Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that basing on a complaint given by the third respondent, the police have registered a case in Crime No.120 of 2022 for the offence under Section 420 of I.P.C. and the same is under investigation.

¶3Since the complaint has been taken cognizance by the police and a criminal case has already been registered, no order need to be passed in this petition. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous,
