PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.185/2022 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation in Crime No.185 of 2022 has been completed and the final report was also filed before the Additional Magila Court, Nagercoil, and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.274 of 2022.
¶2Since the petitioner is in abroad, he can come back to India, appear before the concerned Court and execute a bond under (*)Section 88 of Cr.P.C, as required by the concerned Court for its satisfaction.
¶3With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
