¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that 300 families are residing at Paiyoor village, for whose interest, Arulmigu Sevuga Perumal Ayyanar Temple has been established and the same is subsisting for the past more than 100 years. For the purpose of conduct of temple festival, every year the villagers together discuss and form a committee as the temple festival committee, who in turn would conduct the temple festival. However, the respondents 4 to 6 are continuously causing disturbance and hindrance to the festival committee in proceeding with the festival related works. Hence, the petitioner had caused representation. The same is not considered. Hence, this writ petition.
