O R D E R The instant Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, against the order dated 01.07.2019 made in I.A.No.306 of 2019 in O.S.No.160 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur.

¶2When matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the suit, in which the present Civil Revision Petition has arisen, has already been disposed of on 28.06.2022 and he has also filed the print out of the e-Court website in evidence to that effect. Therefore, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition.

¶3In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
