ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court on 17.11.2022 in W.P.(MD) No.1168 of 2014. In the said order, this Court has directed the first respondent to pass orders within a period of eight weeks.

¶2The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent has produced G.O.(Ms) No.258, Higher Education (E1) Department, dated 11.10.2023, to the effect that the Government has considered the said request and passed the orders in favour of the writ petitioner's College.

¶3Recording the same, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
