PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that based on the complaint lodged by the complainant, petition enquiry is pending in CSR No.439 of 2023. So far, no case has been registered against this petitioner.

2.Since, enquiry is pending against the petitioner, the question of anticipatory bail does not arise. If the petitioner finds any trouble in future, he can work out his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
