O RDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners.
¶2It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have sent a message to the social platform making a comment in respect of a political meeting. The police have advised the petitioners not to repeat such things and ultimately, a case has also been registered against the petitioners in Crime No.102 of 2023 for the offence under Section 153 of I.P.C. Since the criminal case has already been registered against the petitioners, the same cannot be considered. However, during the course of investigation, the respondent Police are directed to follow the procedure and not to harass the petitioners.
¶3In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
