Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JEGADEESWARAN R, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.9655 of 2023 on 05.06.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and they prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9655 of 2023 on 05.05.2023 is fully relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police on receipt of summons and as and when required for interrogation.
