RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court vide order made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7368 of 2023 dated 20.04.2023 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANGUSAMY.V, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7368 of 2023 on 25.04.2022.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said conditions.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7368 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week, ie., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
