¶2The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that by suppressing pendency of this petition before this Court, the petitioner has moved the anticipatory bail petition before the learned Principal Judge, Tirunelveli for the very same relief and the same is pending.

¶3In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
