ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused rank not known, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, r/w. 498A of IPC, in Crime No.not known of 2023 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant is the wife of the petitioner. Due to mis-understanding, they are living seperatley. The defacto complainant has given a complaint asking her jewels from the petitioner.

¶3The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint has been closed against this petitioner after the enquiry in CSR No.147 of 2023.

¶4In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
