O R D E R The petitioner claims that he has submitted a representation on

19.06.2023 before the third respondent for surveying his lands and demarcating the boundaries in Survey Nos.89/12D3 and 89/12A situated at Sempattai Village, Aruppukottai Taluk, Virudhunagar District, and however, the same has not been considered so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

¶2Mr.G.V.Vairom Santhosh, the learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner is under process and the same would be considered within a period of eight weeks.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
