2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed on 15.01.2021 and the same was taken on file as S.T.C.No.284 of 2022 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and the chargesheet was already filed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
