This petition is filed seeking quashment of the FIR in Crime No.51 of 2023 on the file of the respondent No.1 police.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the police have completed the investigation and charge sheet is also filed before the Court concerned vide E-Filing No.6618 of 2023 on 26.07.2023. The same is recorded.

3.Once the investigation has already been completed, this petition filed seeking for quashment of FIR becomes infructuous, thereby dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the final report, in case if he is advised so. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
