Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No. not known of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that based upon the complaint given by one Vaitheswari, enquiry was undertaken by the respondent police.

¶2During the course of enquiry, both the parties appeared before the Enquiry Officer and they have given a statement that they agreed to perform the marriage between the petitioner and the defacto complainant on 13.07.2023.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the marriage was performed between the petitioner and the defacto complainant on 13.07.2023 and he has also produced the marriage certificate before this Court.

¶4In view of the above said subsequent development, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
