CMP(MD) No.8897 of 2023 ORDER : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioners, the court made the following order:- Being satisfied with reasons given in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, personal appearance of the second and third petitioners before Lower Court in D.V.O.P.No.5 of 2023, for regular hearings is dispensed with. However, they shall appear before the Court as and when their appearance is required by the Lower Court.
