¶2The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

¶3Since the petitioner is complied the conditions imposed by this Court without any deviation, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the concerned Court once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
