O RDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of F.I.R. in Crime No.352 of 2023 dated 18.05.2023.
¶2When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the Police have completed the investigation and filed charge sheet on 30.06.2023 before the concerned Court. Once investigation has already been completed and charge sheet has been filed, the cause does not survive for the petitioner to proceed with the case. Therefore, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
