¶2The learned Government Advocate submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by one Revathi, enquiry was undertaken. On the basis of the undertaking given by this petitioner, further action was dropped.

¶3In view of the development, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
