2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed on 23.11.2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri and the same is yet to be taken on file.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and the chargesheet was already filed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
