RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Extend the time grant further period of three months to settle the deposit amount to the remaining depositors as per the order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No.3410 and 6412 of 2022, 863 and 868 of 2023 dated 14.02.2023 Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. KARTHIK.A, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.B.NAMBISELVAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time to settke the deposit amount to the remaining depositors in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.3410 and 6412 of 2022, 863 and 868 of 2023 on 14.02.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to comply the condition, since the petitioner is unable to mobilise the fund within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

¶3In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P.(MD) Nos.3410 and 6412 of 2022, 863 and 868 of 2023 on 14.02.2023 is extended further for a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
