For Respondent : Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.6 of 2023 on the file of the Respondent Police. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Sole Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 427, 324 and 506(ii) I.P.C, in Crime No.6 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

¶2The case of the prosecution is that already there is a dispute between the petitioner and the defacto complainant. Due to above siad motive, the petitioner attacked the defacto complainant using knife. Hence, the complaint.

¶3The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted due to neighbour dispute, false complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant.

¶4The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit taht the petitioner is involved in 15 previous cases, in which, most of the cases are either assault, theft, damage, extra.

¶5Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this anticipatory bail petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
