This Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent for his willful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.13623 of 2019 dated 14.11.2019 and punish him under the Contempt of Court Act.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that as per the order of this Court dated 14.11.2019, enquiry was conducted in Crime No.100 of 2019 and thereafter, it was closed.

3.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
