Judgment
O R D E R This Writ Petition is filed seeking for a direction to respondent Nos.1 and 2 Police to provide Police protection to the life and limb belonging to the petitioner while fencing the property.
¶2According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is the owner of the property in S.F.Nos.352/1B and 352/1C situated at Manamelkudi Village, Pudukkottai District and on account of the dispute between the un-official respondents, in respect of the said patta, the Tahsildar has conducted survey of the land and gave a certificate, stating that the petitioner is the owner of the property, which she is claiming.
¶3Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on the other hand submits that the Tahsildar has not completed the enquiry as directed as the Tahsildar and Inspector of Police have visited the disputed land.
¶4Since enquiry by the Tahsildar is still pending, the dispute between the petitioner and un-official respondents is still not resolved.
¶5Considering the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent Police and Tahsildar to dispose of the enquiry, as expeditiously as possible. No costs.
