Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MS.BALAMURUGANANTHAM.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.11312 of 2023 dated 26.06.2023, in which, this Court has directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.30AM, for a period of four weeks.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is unable to comply the said condition prescribed by this Court, since he is studying in B.A., in Raja Duraisingam Government College, Sivagangai.

3.Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner, the condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD)No.11312 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the other conditions in the said order remains unaltered.
