ORDER The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of the order passed by this Court, dated 27.02.2023 in W.P.(MD) No.4030 of 2023. In the said order, this Court has directed the respondents to consider the representation of the writ petitioner, dated 03.12.2022 and pass order, within a period of twelve weeks.

¶2The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 brought to the notice of this Court that in compliance of the order of this Court, the representation of the writ petitioner was considered on merits and order was passed on 18.10.2023.

¶3Therefore, this Contempt Petition stands closed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the said order, if he is so advised.
