ORDER This petition is filed seeking for a direction to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 15.07.2023 and to grant permission and police protection for conducting the kabadi tournament from 30.07.2023 to 31.07.2023, at Venkatrengapuram, Melasadayamankulam, Cheran Mahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that on the last occasion, when the kabadi tournament was conducted, which was organized by the petitioner, there was law and order problem and two FIRs., were registered against the rival groups. Therefore, the representation dated 15.07.2023 filed by the petitioner stated to have been rejected.

3.Since the representation dated 15.07.2023 has already been disposed of, no orders can be passed in this case. Accordingly, this Petition is dismissed. No costs.
