Respondents Prayer in WP(MD).No.17576 of 2023: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to survey and fix the boundaries of the property situated in Tenkasi District, Kadayanallur Village, Sri Vallavankalpuravu, Nanjai Survey No.1302, presently Ward No. J, Block No.34, S.No.24/2 and 16/3 to an extent of 1 acre 11 cents as per the Tamil Nadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 and to make necessary mutations in the revenue records pertaining to the property of the petitioner by considering the petitioner's application dated 04.05.2023 within a time frame as may be fixed by this Court. They have filed applications for survey of their lands on 04.05.2023 and have approached this Court that their applications have not been considered by the respondents so far.

Additional Government Pleader and Mrs.D.Farjana Ghoushia, learned Special Government Pleader, who take notice for the respondents, on instructions submits that they are intending to survey the petitioners' land on 27.07.2023.

3.Recording the above submission, these writ petitions are closed with a direction to the respondents to complete the survey of the petitioners' land within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the adjacent land owners. No costs.
