3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution and chargesheet has already filed, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The respondent police is hereby directed to rectify the mistakes in the chargesheet and to resubmit the same within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
