11.07.2018, on the file of the first respondent.

2.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that a chargesheet was filed Crl.O.P(MD).No.15754 of 2021 R. THARANI,J. Mrn on 18.04.2023 along with the petition under Section 473 of Cr.P.C., for condoning the delay and the delay was condoned in Cr.M.P.No.11191 of 2023 and the case was taken on file as C.C.No.48 of 2023.

3.In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
