This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No. 14 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent police.

¶2On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed on 22.03.2023 and the same was taken on file as C.C.No. 41 of 2023 by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tirunelveli and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.6122 of 2023.

¶3In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
