Seenivasagam v. The District Collector

O R D E R The grievance of the petitioner is that the fifth respondent has laid the pipeline on his patta land. On 25.03.2023, he submitted a representation to the first respondent to remove the pipeline which is passing through his patta land. However, the first respondent has not taken any action so far. Hence, he has filed the present writ petition.

¶2The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, based on the written instructions received from the fourth respondent dated 21.07.2023, submits that the fifth respondent is taking efforts to remove the pipeline and it would be removed within a period of four weeks.

¶3Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
