BALAN.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate (Criminal Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. The petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9623 of 2023 dated 05.06.2023.

¶3In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 05.06.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.9623 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, finally.
