RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Criminal Miscellaneous Petition Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honble Court that the petitioner/Accused No.3 shall report before the respondent police, at 10.30 am and evening at 5.30 pm, until further orders in Crl.OP(MD)No.7583 of 2023 dated 24.04.2023 in Crime No.625 Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. DINESH.K, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7583 of 2023 on 24.04.2023.

¶2The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7583 of 2023 on 24.04.2023 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month (i.e.,) first working day of every English Calendar Month.
