Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
¶4The learned Counsel for State of TN (Crl.Side) would submit that accused persons themselves introduced as Income Tax Officials entered into shop and had taken Rs.5,00,000/- kept in the room and Rs.1,10,000/- in the cash box and eight android phones. He would further submit that one previous case is pending against the petitioner, hence he strongly opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
