Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To enlarge the petitioner on bail in the event of his arrest in connection with the case in C.C.NO.265 of 2020 in Crime no.95 of 2020 on the file of the Principal District and Sessions Judge/Special Judge for NDPS Act Cases, Madurai. ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Section 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(C) and 25 of NDPS Act, in Crime No.95 of 2020, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned CRL OP(MD). No.13490 of 2023 Additional Public Prosecutor that already two anticipatory bail petitions were filed by the petitioner and they were dismissed by this Court and also furnished order copy in Crl.O.P(MD)No.2735 of 2022, dated 09.02.2022.
