ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 09.08.2023 and the requisition letter of the II Additional District Judge(FAC), Tiruchirappalli, vide letter in D.No. 50, dated 24/01/2024 and of MR.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Crl.side) for the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- The matter is placed before this Court on the letter received from the Court below seeking extension of time for disposal of the case in S.C.No.196 of 2023 on the file of the learned II Additional District Judge, Trichy.

2.Explanation is accepted.

3.In view of the same, this Court is inclined to grant six months further time to complete the trial and dispose of the case from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
