O R D E R Mr.S.Sethupathi, learned counsel on record for the petitioner and Mr.R.Meenakshi Sundaram, learned counsel for the first respondent State are before this Court. Mr.K.Ezhumalai, learned counsel representing Mr.S.A.S.Alaudeen, counsel on record for the second respondent appeared through 'Video Conferencing'.
